Gillie Russell taking on the new position of publishing director for the 11-plus market, continuing to work with editorial director Stella Paskins. Both Russell and Denwood will report directly to publisher, Ann-Janine Murtagh. Nick Lake is moving up from senior editor to commissioning editor and Sally Martin is promoted from editor to senior editor, both now reporting to Denwood.

The staff will relocate to Random's Manhattan headquarters, and the company will take over sales and distribution from Penguin as of July 1.
