Applications Management Services (AMS) provide customized options for the support, management and development resources to manage VISTA solutions at a customer site. The services available range from consulting to solution support aimed at providing an option for publishers to outsource secondary business functions and focus efforts on their core business.
AMS includes a wide range of services that can be tailored to specific needs. All or some of these services may be utilized in areas such as:
- Site management, including the management of support staff and services
- Peak period applications support during month- or year-end procedures, or periodic routine maintenance
- Ongoing training and “Best Practice” sessions through a structured customized training plan
- Dedicated development resources, on-site if appropriate
- Product and business awareness, including business consulting
- Applications updates, including customer information sessions and training
- Planned development and contingency resources, including implementation services if needed
