Partnerships
At many customer sites, our applications are closely integrated with generic WMS packages, including Logistics PRO and Warehouse BOSS. We work in partnership with leading manifesting suppliers such as Fascor and Clippership.
Returns
We are also an active participant in the UK Returns Initiative, overseen by the Book Industry Communication (BIC) Supply Chain Group. The Returns Initiative has focused on creating a code of practice to define a new returns process, creating a returns preauthorization procedure based on EDI, and simplifying the returns handling process from the retailer side. We work closely with our customers to enable their systems to handle and receive the EDI messages for returns.
